Amistat's wines are the fruit of a tiny estate in the French Catalogne. Our two friends Julien Ditté and Olivier Cazenave make wines according to their philosophy : a passion for Grenache, low yields, low levels of sulphites and no filtration, for a full quality and complete aromatic range.
In Amistat white, you have aromas of pear when the weather is nice, and rather candied fruit scents of kumquat in humid weather. This wine is sensitive to ambient temperature, it should ideally be served at 11-12° Celsius. Do not worry about its mysterious cloudy colour, you will be delighted with its nutty aromas on the finish and its well-balanced acidity.
To be served without decanting to appreciate all its flavours. Try it on Comté cheese, it's delicious !
