More info

A pure expression of Syrah, this wine from the hillsides of Languedoc is very... feminine !

This vintage shows the elegance of a ripe, fruity and concentrate Syrah grape (Chiraz), wrapped up by the roundness and unctuousity of Grenache, as well as the spices of some old Carignan vines. 16 months of ageing - half in french oak barrels, half in tanks - give the wine grilled, smoky flavours, aromas of vanilla and even sometimes truffle. A great balance between fruityness (blackcurrant, mulberry) and velvety tannins.

78% Syrah, 15% Grenache et 7% Mourvèdre.
