Our favorite Saint-Estèphe at la CUV ! Château Graves de Pez is a "cru artisan", grown on 3 hectares and produced by Maxime St Martin, the youngest wine maker of the appellation.
With a majority of Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is intense, its nose has notes of red fruits and spices. The mouth shows elegant tannins that are already agreable to drink, but it can still be kept sleeping in your cellar for a few years.
